By virtue of the Bylaws of the FCGBA, any reputable breeder of meat goats that live or have their goats in the state of Texas and who purports to support and obey the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and Rules of the Association and to advance its purposes may become a member of the Association upon payment of annual dues.
